State Farm Sales Representative

We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, and motivated Sales Representative to join our State Farm agency team!
We are a close-knit office that works hard, supports one another, celebrates our wins, and likes to have fun along the way. We function as a team and truly value a family-style environment where everyone contributes. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, is reliable, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited to learn and grow with us.
No insurance experience? That’s okay! We provide hands-on training and will help the right person learn our products, systems, sales process, and how to confidently have conversations with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Generate and follow up with leads and potential customers
- Prepare quotes and help customers understand their insurance options
- Build relationships and ask for referrals
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in community events, office activities, and marketing efforts
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, productive office environment
Licensing
Insurance licenses are required for this position. If you are not currently licensed, we are willing to train the right candidate.
You will be required to obtain and maintain the appropriate California Department of Insurance licenses, including
- Property & Casualty
- Life & Health
We will provide guidance and support throughout the licensing and training process.

Compensation $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
